Team Training: Bringing the Brand to Life

Challenge

The brand needed a better way to onboard new team members across a growing portfolio. Legacy training tools were generic, uninspired, and disconnected from the brand’s unique tone and guest expectations. The goal was to create something scalable and human.

My Role

I designed the full L&D experience from the ground up, starting with writing the brand’s core values. From there,

  • Produced original video content that felt personal and reflective of the brand’s voice

  • Created interactive team exercises and live learning experiences

  • Developed training on brand voice, helping team members communicate in a way that was aligned and intentional

I led the project end-to-end, ensuring that the final product was not only educational but operationalized the brand.

Outcome

Years later, team members still reference the videos and values introduced during onboarding. The brand now has a training system that teaches not just what to do, but how and why—and that makes the difference in a lifestyle environment. This program transformed compliance into connection.
